The aim of this design was to enhance the existing garden by creating a shaded lounging are at the south end and renovating existing areas with new hardscaping and planting. Spaces were defined with different materials, planting and uses in order to create a simple design that is aesthetically pleasing and functional. The design features a herb and vegetable garden, low maintenance and drought tolerant plants, and integrates an existing drying rack.
